We collect the information you provide when you register, such as your username and email address. We also collect pick usage, purchase history, and site activity to operate your account and the platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to manage your account, process pick packages, display your purchase history, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

If you register through a contractor's link or QR code, your privacy claim is waived for your user id, email address, purchase history, and any other account data we must share with that contractor. We share that data only with the contractor tied to your registration, and with no one else.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use a first-party cookie named wb_tz to remember your browser's timezone so kickoff dates and times on pick cards show in your local time. It is not used for advertising and we do not sell it. A related cookie wb_cookie_ok stores that you dismissed the on-site cookie notice.

We also use a session cookie so you can stay logged in, and (when you arrive through a friend or contractor link) a short-lived referral or contractor cookie so the correct account credit can apply. You can clear cookies in your browser settings. Without wb_tz, pick cards fall back to Eastern Time until the cookie is set again.

We may use basic analytics to understand site usage. Details may change; the latest policy is always on this page.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party payment processors for transactions. Their privacy policies apply when you make a purchase. Sports data and odds are provided by third-party APIs and are used to generate projections.

6. Your Rights

You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you registered through a contractor's link or QR code, the waiver in section 2 still applies to the user id, email address, purchase history, and other account data shared with that contractor.
